the high limonene content means that grapefruit is volatile and is
great to add to a diffuser blend. According to Essential oil safety by Robert Tisserand,
Grapefruit is PHOTOTOXIC when used in a blend at more then 24 drops per ounce!
There is generally more concern of skin irritation then phototoxicity.
